Refund policy

• Our guarantee is that you will see change in the shade of your teeth whilst using out Teeth Whitening Kit within the six uses, or money back. 
• To qualify for this you must take clear pictures of your teeth prior to using the kit for the first time, anxd then after your sixth consecutive use. Pictures must be time stamped with all used gel pens.
• If you feel that your teeth shade hasn't improved, please send us the before and after along with pictures of your used Teeth Whitening Kit, making sure that your request is submitted within 30 days, we will immediately look at reviewing your application. Applications that do not meet this criteria above will not be accepted for a refund.
• We reserve our right to reject a refund request that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the evidence you provide us. 
• The money back guarantee applies to the first order only and excludes future purchases of the same or different products. 

Results will vary from person to person. This can be due to many different reasons including the extent of stains on the teeth, it may take a few weeks or months to fully get rid of stains on the teeth. 

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received then please email support@mysparklingwhites.com - the product must be unused and still sealed in its packaging. When returning goods you will cover the cost of postage, once we receive the item and they apply to our conditions we will then offer the full refund. 

If the product is damaged or faulty you must email support@mysparklingwhites.com with evidence of this with a video and description explaining the problem, we will then exchange the item for you. All returns are covered by the customer.
